Client: Windsor Girls School
Established in the 1920’s, the Windsor Girls School is a substantial secondary school offering exceptional education from age 11-18 for around 700 girls.
The school is located on a plot of circa 4.6Ha and occupies a secluded position, set back from Imperial Road amidst numerous mature trees and vegetation.
Working closely with the School, JSA Architects secured and implemented a series of extensions to the existing modern educational buildings.
These new additions significantly improved the teaching facilities at the school, providing a new Technology Block, a dedicated Sixth Form art room, a new staff room and offices for senior management. The extensions also enhanced the entrance and reception area whilst ensuring the school met disabled access requirements.
