JSA submitted an application for Prior Approval for the proposed change of use to an existing agricultural barn to offices, flexible for commercial use. The building was used for agricultural use as part of an established agricultural unit before 2012. The change of use of this ancillary barn to offices represented an excellent opportunity to i) diversify the existing farm use; and, (ii) to provide a use that was more in keeping with neighbouring office use at adjacent Courtyard Barns.
