JSA Architects and JCP Merger

We are very pleased to announce the merger between JSA Planning and Cunnane Town Planning consultancies.

After over three years of working together successfully on a number of projects during difficult and challenging times, we have no doubt that the merger will extend our already high levels of expertise to create an even broader and comprehensive range of services. 

Established in 1985, CTP is an established and independent Town Planning consultancy. It has a recognised track record, providing superior guidance and excellence of service in a wide range of town planning issues throughout the UK and Ireland.   

Cunnane Town Planning offers a robust commercial insight to all areas of planning including residential, commercial, leisure, green field sites and Urban city centre locations. 

Located in Richmond, opposite the main railway and underground stations and with associated offices in Manchester and Ireland, our geographic coverage has now widened substantially to cover much of the country. This will provide all our clients with increased nationwide scope and growth potential. 

Joe Cunnane, who is the principal Town Planner, has over 37 years experience in his field; he specialises in land promotion and the development of green belt land. He will now consult on all new projects, and focus his uncompromising professional skill and experience to win valuable planning decisions.
