On behalf of our Client, JSA Architects & Planning designed and submitted a full planning application in 2021 for the conversion of a barn into four new dwellings under Class Q - one large family dwelling and three small 1-bedroom houses.

The original proposal consisted of removing the lean-to’s and greatly reducing the overall volume of the shed. Based on the refusal of this scheme, the application now includes the entirety of the original structure, only reducing the volume where necessary to provide entrances.
