Replacement dwelling within the metropolitan greenbelt. JSA Architects and JSA Planning submitted a number of different planning applications with the LPA to secure a new dwelling on the banks of a small pond within the curtilage of the land. Through the means of Appeal, the dwelling was approved in 2019. The design brief was for a sustainable building to incorporate future proof design elements for complete accessibility which would be sympathetic to its local surroundings whilst having a contemporary approach.
