Chris has restructured JSA into a multi-disciplined practice with the town planning and energy consultancies forming equivalent parts in the coordinated services now provided.

His passion for sustainable solutions now forms the bedrock of the Practices ethos and informs the design and planning of all JSAs projects.

The main areas of Chris’s experience has been working with most of the major house builders throughout the Thames Valley for whom he has fronted the design and construction of many major residential developments. In addition, over the last ten years he has spearheaded the design of hotel and public buildings including the design of The Centre in Slough, Berkshire which is a major concert and exhibition venue.

Another area of Chris’s work and interest has been in forging international links with developers and professionals overseas. In partnership with British based investment company, 4: Properties, JSA are currently designing major residential developments in Brazil, Croatia, Romania and Italy.

The Practice has identified that its bespoke service to residential clients can be improved by combining informed product selection more closely within the design process at the early stages. To this end, Chris has set up the jsa home showroom and retail space within the main offices at Maidenhead to showcase home automation, audio-visual, security and energy products. Clients can be advised appropriately and expect integrated solutions for their homes and workplaces.
